Mountain Hideaway strives to delight each and every customer by providing diverse, high-quality products that will meet and exceed your expectations. If for any reason, though, you decide that a product is not suitable for your needs please feel free to return the unused, unaltered and unwashed items within 30 days of purchase for either a full refund or exchange. Simply follow the instructions on the Return and Exchange Form included in your original shipment. Original tags and receipts of purchase must accompany all returns. Returns due to manufacturers defect will be handled according to the manufacturers policies.
Due to certain safety and liability issues, select hardgood items, such as climbing equipment, cannot be returned. This is because we and you cannot prove that it has been dropped or mishandled in process. thus eventually causing the death of someone else.

Shipping Policies
Hideaway offers both standard and expedited shipping via UPS. Please contact us if you require other shipping arrangements.
We deliver to PO Boxes as well as APO addresses through the United States Post Office. All standard shipping orders received by 12 Noon MST will be processed for shipment by the end of the following business day. Expedited shipping requests submitted before 12 noon MST will be processed by the end of that business day.
